The maximum amount frozen is HK$91m. The Restriction Notices reveal alleged unauthorized access to 11 accounts at an unnamed brokerage: 6 on 24-Oct-2024 and 5 on 6-Nov-2024, resulting in unauthorized "aggressive purchases" of shares in Companies A and B respectively, causing "substantial movements" in the share prices.
