Mr Pan Sutong's wholly-owned company fails to prevent the banks from presenting a winding-up petition. They are pursuing a combined HK$12bn debt granted to privatise Goldin Properties Holdings Ltd (ex-0283) in 2017. The loans are also personally guaranteed by Mr Pan.
