This was her second offence - she was with VC Brokerage Ltd the first time. She left on 8-Sep-2008 then joined Polaris Securities (HK) Ltd on 3-Oct-2008. She was suspended for 4 months from 9-Apr-2009. Less than two years later she started personal dealing via her clients' accounts again.
