The options exceeded 1% of the issued shares for each of 3 grantees, including the Chairman-CEO Bikie Wong Bik Kwan, Finance Director Chan Chun Sing, and senior manager Lee Chun Sing. The options were approved by the INEDs. We don't know whether the Compliance Adviser, Guotai Junan Capital Ltd, was consulted. One of the grantees, Chan Chun Sing, is also the Company Secretary.
